Our Practice

Physicians and Physiotherapists at the Clinic treat a spectrum of sports medicine problems and utilize the most up-to-date technology and evidence. We are known for our innovation. Our Medical Director, Dr. Trinh is the winner of the Innovator of Distinction Award from McMaster University.

Ancaster Sports Medicine Centre is committed to promoting personal health and wellness. Our philosophy is rooted in the age old idea that balance in life equates to health and healthy living requires balance.

Everyone on our staff is dedicated to helping people address their wellness needs. The goal is not to treat symptoms but to treat the body as a system and restore it to optimal balance. This thinking is what makes up the foundation of our holistic approach to healing combining modern Western sports medicine principles and ancient Chinese medicine philosophy.
