Level 1 Practical Sessions
This course will familiarize students with the common acupuncture points for headache, common neck, back upper extremity and lower extremity problems. Point locations and needling techniques will be demostrated and practise in a small group setting.

Medical Acupuncture Program

There will be sufficient amount of time in small group practice sessions for students to become competent in point locations and needling techniques for problems in these regions.

Note: the practical sessions may be attended at McMaster University in Hamilton or at Queen's Landing Hotel in Niagara on the Lake. There is a surcharge* for the one group of participants attending the practical sessions at Queen's Landing.
*SURCHARGE of $295 for those taking the practical sessions at Niagara on the Lake to cover breakfasts, breaks, Lunches and room bookings during the labs. And, the hotel cost is $248 plus taxes (based on double occupancy) or $495 plus taxes per room for 3 nights. Room sharing may be possible. There are optional entertainment programs for those enrolled in the Niagara on the Lake Practical option.
